PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
C & C Bearing Assembly Lube is a high viscosity synthetic lubricant specifically designed for the assembly of large frame steam turbines. This product provides superior lubrication for the bearing surfaces of such machines during assembly when normal lubricant pressure is not possible. This shear-stable formulation is compatible with the rust and corrosion inhibitors, anti-foam and demulsibility agents used in turbine oils and contains no Zinc or dispersants.

APPLICATIONS:
Assembly Lube for Plain bearings on Industrial Steam Turbines, Trunnion bearings on Kilns, Calciners and Dryers. May also be used on Large Anti-friction Bearings and Gear sets. Provides excellent start up lubrication until service lube is present. Bearing and Gear surfaces should be coated completely during assembly to prevent dry start-up conditions.
