C&C maintains the highest level
of quality assurance procedures. We adhere to all ISO 9002
protocols. All raw materials received are accompanied with
a certificate of analysis describing the specifications for
each product. Each blend is generated from a computerized
build/formulation sheet. The build sheet lists each component
and the sequence of addition is added to the batch. Once the
manufacturing of the batch is complete, a sample is taken
and tested to confirm proper specifications. If any adjustment
or additions are required they are made at this point. Once
the batch meets the benchmark for the finished blend a reference
sample is saved and catalogued. The finished blend is now
ready for packaging. Each container is labeled with the batch
code, dated and sealed.
C&C utilizes a standard protocol
to address all customer inquiries. Questions, requests and
complaints are directed to the C&C Oil Company headquarters
attention Alan Lockett. Once received, all inquiries will
be given highest priority and immediate attention. Our goal
is immediate response and resolution.
